At Blue Collar Reloading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
